Our Rates
Hourly and Per-Project Rates:
We understand that every business is unique, and so are the needs of the business owner. With this in mind, On Your Behalf offers services at an hourly rate, in 15 minute increments, with a one hour minimum. Because we run our own business and not an employee you never pay for lunch breaks, holidays, sick leave, or 'down time'!
Hourly rates are invoiced on the 1st and 15th of the month with payment due upon receipt of invoice. Per-project rates are invoiced at 50% upon client acceptance of the total project cost estimate. The project will commence upon receipt of initial payment with the remaining balance due upon completion of work order. Final project will be turned over to the client upon receipt of balance due.
Retainer Rates:
Monthly retainers ensure ongoing support at a discounted rate. Retainer fees are required in full in advance of services, on the first of each month. Unused hours in any given month will not carry over to the next month. On Your Behalf encourages clients who opt for a retainer package to discuss with us how we can best help you utilize all hours purchased.
Additional Fees:
On Your Behalf completes client projects from a professional home office fully stocked with all necessary technology and resources to help complete each project. However, some client projects may accrue extra fees for items such as printing paper, ink cartridges, stamps, envelopes, courier costs, long-distance charges (outside Australia), travel time and expenses, unique software, and any other office supplies specific to the client's needs. Clients will be advised of all additional fees outside of the contracted rate and in all cases we will strive to provide you with high quality yet economical options.
Rush Jobs:
Business hours don't always hold up against your own busy and demanding schedule. Clients needing emergency assistance at odd hours or in need of an unusually quick turnaround for a particular project can depend on On Your Behalf to get the job done! Projects that require work outside of our normal business hours, or on weekends or holidays are subject to an additional fee.
Referrals:
We truly appreciate the generous word-of-mouth references of our satisfied clients to their colleagues or acquaintances. Clients whose referrals result in a secured contract with a new client will receive a 10% discount off their next invoice!

Compare the cost of working with us
Assume a minimum of $25 per hour at 40 hours per week. Over the course of a year you're spending $48,000 on salary alone. Add in the cost of health insurance, taxes, 401K, etc. at approximately 30-40% of salary and you're spending about $64,800 annually for your full time, in-house employee.
Don't forget the less obvious, and difficult to quantify, expenses such as overhead related to time and money spent filling and training your position, the cost of computers and other office technology, office space, lunch hours, sick and vacation pay, and numerous wasted, non-productive hours on the clock.
